Technical chemistry and chemical process engineering

Technical chemistry covers chemical reactions and processes in a technical context, both on a laboratory and pilot plant scale and as well in the industrial sector. Both the optimization of existing processes and the development of new processes play an important role here. Chemical process engineering is another special field in which material conversions in particular are investigated.
