The Unified Patent Court (UPC) starts its activities
The UPC is a common court for currently 17 member states of the European Union (EU) for which the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court (UPCA) entered into force on June 01, 2023. Due to his legal qualification, Patent Attorney Dr. Thomas Müller, LL.M. is authorized to represent before the UPC as of June 01, 2023 according to Art. 48 UPCA, so that your interests can also be represented by our patent law firm before the newly created jurisdiction.
