The law firm Patentanwälte Schuster, Müller & Partner has stood for competent advice in intellectual property law for many years. From its foundation to today’s partnership with limited professional liability, the firm has developed continuously.
With growing professional expertise and expanded offices in Stuttgart, Heilbronn and Magdeburg, we provide our clients with reliable support for patents, trademark protection, utility models and design protection. Our history reflects our aspiration to protect technical innovations in a legally secure and future-oriented manner.
Relocation of the Heilbronn branch to the Yellow House (Willy-Mayer-Brücke (Hefenweiler 17) Heilbronn).
Relocation of the head office to the new offices at Alexanderstrasse 92, Stuttgart.
We mourn the loss of the founder and former partner of the law firm, Mr. Gregor Schuster († 01 June 2018).
The partnership company Patentanwälte Schuster, Müller & Partner becomes a partnership company with limited professional liability (PartG mbB) and operates under the name Patentanwälte Schuster, Müller & Partner mbB.
The third location was founded in Heilbronn in 2007. The firm's office in Heilbronn is located at Weipertstraße 8-10.
In 2003, we established our second office in Magdeburg. The office in Magdeburg is located at Olvenstedter Straße 15.
Following a name change, the firm's name is now Patentanwälte Schuster, Müller & Partner.
Entry of the partnership company (PartG) Patentanwälte Schuster & Partner in the Stuttgart partnership register.
Our law firm was founded in 1981 in Stuttgart by Mr. Gregor Schuster. As a result of these many years of activity, we have extensive experience in all areas of intellectual property law to the benefit of our clients.
