The Unified Patent Court (UPC) commences its activities

The UPC is currently a common court for 17 member states of the European Union (EU), for which the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court (UPCA) came into force on June 1, 2023. Patent attorney Dr. Thomas Müller, LL. M., is entitled to represent you before the UPC from June 1, 2023 due to his legal qualification according to Art. 48 UPCA, so that your interests can also be represented by our patent law firm before the newly created jurisdiction.
